Method and apparatus for pricing and administering a credit transaction

A method, comprising:

• identifying a first credit transaction involving a first party and a second party in which said second party is exposed to credit risk associated with said first party;
• and
• creating a second credit transaction involving said second party and a third party, said second party having a right to terminate said second credit transaction upon a credit event occurring in said first credit transaction.
