Dependent claims

A method of inhibiting paclitaxel or docetaxel resistant tumor growth in mammals, said method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a taxane having the formula

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
