A composition comprising human interferon-α wherein the interferon is glycosylated with:
- wherein Gal=Galactose,
- NAcGal=N-Acetyl-Galactosamine,
- NAcGlu=N-Acetyl-Glucosamine, and
- SA=Sialic Acid.
