Abstract
When the IC tag starts communication with an external device, which one of an image capturing mode and a playback mode is selected is determined. In the case where it is determined that the image capturing mode is selected, the IC tag is covered with a slide cover to thereby prohibit the IC tag from communicating with the external device. Since the radio communication with the external device of the IC tag becomes impossible by the prohibition, an influence of an electric wave of radio communication exerted on a captured image at the time of image capturing can be avoided.
Claims18
An image capturing apparatus comprising:
- an IC tag in which predetermined information is stored;
- a processor for performing a predetermined process in an image capturing operation;
- and
- a prohibiting member for prohibiting said IC tag from performing communication with an external device during operation of said processor.
An image capturing apparatus comprising:
- an IC tag in which predetermined information is stored;
- a processor for performing a predetermined process in an image capturing operation;
- and
- a controller for prohibiting said IC tag from performing communication with an external device during operation of said processor.
An image capturing apparatus comprising:
- an IC tag in which predetermined information is stored;
- a switching member for switching between an image capturing mode of capturing an image of a subject and a playback mode of reproducing a captured image of a subject;
- and
- a controller for prohibiting said IC tag from performing communication with an external device when the image capturing mode is set by said switching member.
