Abstract
A rapid structuring media cartridge includes a cartridge body, a first binder and first abrasive particles. The cartridge is operable to deposit successive patterned layers including the first binder and first abrasive particles to form an abrasive structure.

A rapid structuring media cartridge comprising:
- a cartridge body;
- a first binder;
- and
- first abrasive particles, the cartridge operable to deposit successive patterned layers comprising the first binder and first abrasive particles to form an abrasive structure.

A solid free form manufacturing system comprising:
- a computational circuitry;
- a cartridge comprising a first binder and first abrasive particles;
- and
- a production surface, the computational circuitry configured to direct the cartridge to deposit successive patterned layers of the first binder and the first abrasive particles over the production surface to form an abrasive structure.
