Claims23
A method of analyzing a sample containing a glycosaminoglycan, comprising:
- contacting the sample with a substantially pure or isolated Δ4,5 unsaturated glycuronidase having the amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO:1 in an effective amount to analyze the sample, and
- analyzing the sample.
