Abstract
Wellbore treating fluids that include zeolite, an activator, and an organic acid or salt thereof are provided.
Claims21
A composition comprising:
- a zeolite having a mean particle size less than or equal to 100 microns,
- an activator in an amount of greater than or equal to 5% and less than or equal to 50% by total weight of zeolite and activator,
- an organic acid or salt thereof in an amount of greater than or equal to 0. 1% and less than or equal to 5.0% by weight of zeolite, and
- a carrier fluid.

- a zeolite selected from chabazite and clinoptilolite, wherein the selected zeolite has a mean particle size of greater than or equal to 1.0 micron and less than or equal to 10 microns,
- an activator in an amount of greater than or equal to 5% and less than or equal to 50% by total weight of zeolite and activator,
- an organic acid or salt thereof in an amount of greater than or equal to 0.1% and less than or equal to 5.0% by weight of the zeolite, and
- a carrier fluid.
