Abstract
This invention is directed to golf balls having at least two adjacent layers, wherein a coating layer of metal materials is on at least one surface of the adjacent layers. The adhesion of the adjacent layer is improved by induction heating. The invention also is directed to ink solution for golf equipment comprising metal materials that can improve adhesion of the ink to the golf equipment.
Claims25
A multi-layer golf ball comprising at least two adjacent layers, wherein
- one of the layers comprises a plurality of metal material susceptors, and wherein the susceptors improves the adhesion between the at least two adjacent layers when exposed to induction heating.
A golf ball comprising at least three layers wherein the first layer comprises a plurality of susceptors and the second and third layers are adjacent to first layer and wherein when exposed to induction heating the adhesion between the layers is improved.
An ink solution for sports equipment, comprising a susceptors, wherein the susceptor is a member selected from the group of iron, cobalt, nickel, strontium, gadolinium, SrFe12O19, Co2Ba2Fe12O22, Fe3O4, Fe2O3, iron base steel stock and prehardened steel stock, whereby the susceptors improves the adhesion between the ink solution and the sport equipment when exposed to induction heating.
