Abstract
To provide a technology for stopping recording in an improper state by detecting whether an electronic device is in the process of being carried or not, and so on. Data signals that have been broadcast are received, the data signals are recorded on a storage unit at preset time, a state related to the recording of the data signals is detected, the data signals are recorded, and the recording of the data signals is stopped corresponding to a result of the detection.
Claims20
An electronic device comprising:
- a receiving unit receiving data signals that have been broadcast;
- a control unit recording the data signals on a storage unit at preset time;
- and
- a state detection unit detecting a state related to the recording of the data signals,
- wherein said control unit stops recording the data signals in accordance with a result of the detection by said state detection unit.
A recording control method for making a computer execute steps of:
- receiving data signals that have been broadcast;
- recording the data signals on a storage unit at preset time;
- and
- detecting a state related to the recording of the data signals,
- wherein said data signal recording step involves stopping the recording of the data signals in accordance with a result of the detection.
A recording medium recorded with a program for making a computer execute steps of:
- receiving data signals that have been broadcast;
- recording the data signals on a storage unit at preset time;
- and
- detecting a state related to the recording of the data signals,
- wherein said data signal recording step involves stopping the recording of the data signals in accordance with a result of the detection.
