Abstract
A battery is provided with a support body, a surface of the support body, a plurality of unit cells located inside the support body, and an opening portion communicating between an inside and an outside of the support body. A resonance is allowed in the surface of the support body and the opening portion is provided in the surface of the support body at a region involving a loop position of the resonance.

A method of manufacturing a battery, comprising:
- locating a plurality of unit cells in a support body having an opening portion;
- mounting a convex shaped jig at the opening portion for sealing the support body;
- and
- causing a spacing between the support body and the plurality of the unit cells to be filled with a plastic resin.

A method of manufacturing a battery, comprising:
- locating a plurality of unit cells in a support body having a surface, said surface having a resonance frequency;
- determining a loop position of the resonance frequency of the surface;
- and
- forming an opening in the surface substantially at the loop position to shift the resonance frequency to a higher frequency range.
