Abstract
An optical low pass filter includes one portion that splits an incident light beam into plural light beams having a predetermined split width in a predetermined direction, and emits the light beams, and another portion that splits the incident light beam into plural light beams having a split width different from the predetermined split width in the predetermined direction, and emits the light beams.
Claims10
An optical low pass filter, comprising:
- a first portion that splits an incident light beam into a plurality of light beams having a predetermined split width in a predetermined direction, and emits the light beams;
- and
- a second portion that splits the incident light beam into a plurality of light beams having a split width different from the predetermined split width in the predetermined direction, and emits the light beams.
An optical low pass filter, comprising:
- a plurality of portions, each of the plurality of portions splits an incident light beam in a plurality of light beams where the plurality of the portions are different from each other in split width in a predetermined direction, and emit the split light beams,
- wherein a distribution of the different split widths is a distribution in which a numeric value of a discrete split width within a predetermined range is selected according to a selection probability distribution.
