Method and apparatus for hydromechanically disintegrating organic matter

A hand held device for disintegrating waste matter comprising:

• a. a fluid source for supplying fluid;
• b. a pump coupled to the fluid source, wherein the pump pressurizes the fluid into a highly pressurized fluid;
• and
• c. a fluid delivery system coupled to the pump, the fluid delivery system for delivering a zero degree rotating stream of the highly pressurized fluid, the stream of highly pressurized fluid adapted for disintegrating waste matter upon contact.

A hand held device for disintegrating waste matter comprising:

• a. a fluid source for supplying fluid;
• b. a pump coupled to the fluid source, wherein the pump pressurizes the fluid into a highly pressurized fluid;
• and
• c. a fluid delivery system coupled to the pump, the fluid delivery system comprising a plurality of zero degree nozzles rotating about an axis, the fluid delivery system configured for delivering a plurality of zero degree rotating streams of the highly pressurized fluid, the streams of highly pressurized fluid adapted for disintegrating waste matter upon contact.
