Abstract
A method for transfer-printing is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: (a) providing both a transfer-printing film and a substrate; (b) mask-spraying the surface of the substrate to form a plurality of first bands and plurality of second bands; and (c) transferring the pattern on the transfer-printing film onto the substrate having a plurality of first bands and plurality of second bands. The accuracy of the alignment of the pattern to the substrate can be improved through using the present invention method without complicated procedures. Moreover, the visual image of the pattern appears to align regularly. The method disclosed here can be applied to planar surfaces, curved surfaces, and discontinuous surfaces.
Claims10
A method for transfer-printing patterns comprising:
- (a) providing both a transfer-printing film with a pattern, and a substrate;
- (b) mask-spraying a surface of said substrate to form a plurality of first bands, and a plurality of second bands with a different optical density from said first bands;
- and
- (c) transferring the pattern on said transfer-printing film onto said substrate having the plurality of first bands and the plurality of second bands.
