A method for preparation and delivery of a healthcare medicament involving an electrically activated substance, wherein said substance is placed in a container, said container comprising a housing, a seal, a reservoir area, at least one electrode portion in the interior of the housing, an electrical connection on the outside of the container in electrical communication at least one electrode on the inside of the container, wherein the container is filled with a sterile fluid at one location, then transported to another site of use where an electrical signal is then applied to the fluid, and the fluid is then administered
A method of preparation and delivery of a healthcare medicament involving an electrically activated substance, wherein said substance is placed in a container, said container comprising a housing, a seal, a reservoir area, at least one electrode portion in the interior of the housing, an electrical connection on the outside of the container in electrical communication at least one electrode on the inside of the container, wherein the container is filled with a sterile fluid at one location, in a generally automated manner, then transported to another site of use where an electrical signal is then applied to the fluid, and the fluid is then administered.
