Alpha-phenyl acetanilide derivatives having an acat inhibiting activity and the therapeutic application thereof

An anilide derivative having the general formula I:

• wherein:
• R1 is a hydroxyl or amino group;
• R2 is a hydrogen or methyl radical;
• R3 is a hydrogen or a fluorine atom;
• and,
• wherein A is
• or
• wherein:
• n is an integer from 5 to 11, limits inclusive, and
• R4 and R5, are independently a hydrogen or a fluorine atom;
• and
• enantiomers or stereoisomers of said analide derivative, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
