Abstract
A CD47 partial peptide which has an amino acid sequence constituting an extracellular region having an immunoglobulin-like structure of a CD47 protein, which is specifically bound to an N-terminal immunoglobulin-like structure of a dephosphorylation substrate protein SHPS-1 of an SH2 domain-containing protein, and which can act on a function of cell response mediated by SHPS-1, and an anti-SHPS-1 monoclonal antibody.

A method for controlling cells, characterized in that a CD47 partial peptide which has an amino acid sequence constituting an extracellular region having an immunoglobulin-like structure of a CD47 protein and which is specifically bound to an N-terminal immunoglobulin-like structure of a dephosphorylation substrate protein SHPS-1 of an SH2 domain-containing protein is bound to the SHPS-1 that cells possess to thereby inhibit movement and adhesion of cells.
A method for controlling cells, characterized in that a fusion-type CD47 partial peptide obtained by binding an immunoglobulin Fc fragment to a CD47 partial peptide which has an amino acid sequence constituting an extracellular region having an immunoglobulin-like structure of a CD47 protein and which is specifically bound to an N-terminal immunoglobulin-like structure of a dephosphorylation substrate protein SHPS-1 of an SH2 domain-containing protein is bound to the SHPS-1 that cells possess to thereby inhibit movement and adhesion of cells.
A cell controlling agent characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, a CD47 partial peptide which has an amino acid sequence constituting an extracellular region having an immunoglobulin-like structure of a CD47 protein and which is bound to an N-terminal immunoglobulin-like structure of a dephosphorylation substrate protein SHPS-1 of an SH2 domain-containing protein to inhibit movement and adhesion of cells having the SHPS-1.
A cell controlling agent characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, a fusion-type CD47 partial peptide in which a CD47 partial peptide which has an amino acid sequence constituting an extracellular region having an immunoglobulin-like structure of a CD47 protein and which is bound to an N-terminal immunoglobulin-like structure of a dephosphorylation substrate protein SHPS-1 of an SH2 domain-containing protein to inhibit movement and adhesion of cells having the SHPS-1 is bound to an immunoglobulin Fc fragment.
A cell controlling agent characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, a polynucleotide which has an amino acid sequence constituting an extracellular region having an immunoglobulin-like structure of a CD47 protein, which is bound to an N-terminal immunoglobulin-like structure of a dephosphorylation substrate protein SHPS-1 of an SH2 domain-containing protein to inhibit movement and adhesion of cells having the SHPS-1 and which encodes an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No. 4.
