Disclosed is a method for inhibition of necrosis induced by neurotrophin, and more specifically a method for inhibition of necrosis by administrating oxidative stress inhibitor and a method for simultaneous inhibition of necrosis and apoptosis by administrating oxidative stress inhibitor and neurotrophin. The oxidative stress inhibitor of the present invention can inhibit nerve cell necrosis induced by neurotrophin.
