A pharmaceutical formulation of hGH polypeptide comprising one or more non-naturally encoded amino acids wherein said formulation comprises:
- a) a buffer;
- b) at least one carrier, excipient, or stabilizer;
- c) and a pharmaceutically effective quantity of human growth hormone (hGH).
