Abstract
The present invention concern s methods for obtaining from samples of rock of different natures, specifically chondrites, organic, metallorganic material or material of biological origin, and the materials themselves so obtained. In addition, the invention concerns their use in instrumentations exploiting their physical and physico-chemical properties, and fluorimetric methods to reveal such materials.

1-21. (canceled)
A method for obtaining organic, metallorganic or biological materials from samples of metamorphic, igneous, sedimentary, mineral rock, from chondrites, octahedrites, or rocks of similar origin, or from marine sediments, comprising the following steps:
- treating a sample of rock at sterilizing temperatures for at least 5;
- producing fragments of the sterilized sample in sterile atmosphere by scraping, grinding or crushing the sample with a suitable tool from the surface of the sample;
- putting the fragments on a previously sterilized solid growth medium made of hydrolysates of natural products or synthetic derivatives thereof in the presence of oxygen at room temperature,
- incubating the solid growth medium for a desired incubation time;
- removing the material generated on the surface of the fragments from the fragment itself;
- and
- isolating the same from the solid nutrient medium and optionally further analyzing it.
