Abstract
A method for moving a probe (10, 91) through a cell material (20), which is formed from biological cells (21), is described, the probe (10) displacing the cells (21) without injury. A probe (10, 91) for performing the method and a cell manipulator, which is equipped with at least one probe of this type, are also described.
Claims41
A method for moving a probe through a cell material formed from biological cells wherein the probe displaces the biological cells without injury.
A probe for insertion into cell material, having a probe body movable through the cell material, wherein the probe body has a rounded surface on at least one front side, and the rounded surface points in a movement direction of the probe body during movement through the cell material.
A method of using a hollow needle having a rounded, free end, comprising the step of injury-free moving of the needle in cell material.
