A coenzyme Q10-containing composition comprising a coenzyme Q10 and a hydrophilic fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol; a coenzyme Q10-containing composition comprising a coenzyme Q10, a lipophilic fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol and a hydrophilic fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol; and a food or beverage comprising the coenzyme Q10-containing composition as defined above.

A coenzyme Q10-containing composition comprising a coenzyme Q10 and a hydrophilic fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol.
A coenzyme Q10-containing composition comprising a coenzyme Q10, a lipophilic fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol and a hydrophilic fatty acid ester of a polyhydric acid.
A coenzyme Q10-composition produced by the steps of a first step of forming a complex between a coenzyme Q10 and a lipophilic fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol;
- and a second step of mixing the complex obtained in the first step and a hydrophilic fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol.
