Abstract
Provided are compositions comprising a polymeric emulsifier, a hydrophobic agent, a wetting agent having at least one sulfonate group and at least one base-neutralizable carboxylic acid group, and a hydrophilic particulate material. Also provided are methods of mitigating diaper dermatitis using the composition, and methods of promoting the benefits associated with the compositions.

A personal care composition, comprising:
- a) a polymeric emulsifier;
- b) a hydrophobic agent;
- c) a wetting agent having at least one sulfonate group and at least one base neutralizable carboxylic acid group;
- and
- d) a hydrophilic particulate material.
