Claims39
An ink jet head formed of a nozzle material composed of a condensation product comprising a hydrolysable silane compound having a fluorine-containing group and a photo-polymerizable resin composition.
An ink jet head having a nozzle surface formed of a nozzle material showing a liquid repellency, the nozzle material being composed of a cationically polymerized composition including a condensation product comprising a hydrolysable silane compound having a fluorine-containing group and a photo-polymerizable resin composition.
A material for manufacturing an ink jet head, composed of a condensation product comprising a hydrolysable silane compound having a fluorine-containing group and a photo-polymerizable resin composition.
A method of manufacturing an ink jet head comprising:
- applying a nozzle material on a substrate;
- and
- forming an ink ejection opening by pattern-exposure and developing of the nozzle material, wherein the nozzle material composed of a condensation product comprising a hydrolysable silane compound having a fluorine-containing group and a photo-polymerizable resin composition.
A method of manufacturing an ink jet head comprising:
- forming a dissoluble resin material layer as an ink passage pattern on a substrate provided with an ink ejection pressure generating element;
- forming a polymerizable coating resin layer as an ink passage wall on the dissoluble resin material layer;
- forming an ink ejection opening in the coating resin layer above the ink ejection pressure generating element;
- and
- dissolving the dissoluble resin material layer, wherein the coating resin layer is composed of a condensation product comprising a hydrolysable silane compound having a fluorine-containing group and a photo-polymerizable resin composition.
A method of manufacturing an ink jet head comprising:
- applying a nozzle material on the substrate;
- and
- forming an ink ejection opening by pattern-exposure and developing of the nozzle material, wherein after the ink ejection opening formation, curing reaction is promoted with light or thermal energy, and the nozzle material is composed of a condensation product comprising a hydrolysable silane compound having a fluorine-containing group and a photo-polymerizable resin composition.
