A computer peripheral device includes a body, a printed circuit board (PCB), a light source, and a reflecting device within the body arranged to cause light to be emitted from the body in a homogeneous manner.

A computer peripheral device with a body, the body comprising
- a circuit board arranged to provide functions of the peripheral device;
- a light source for generating light;
- and
- a reflecting device located at a side of the light source;
- wherein the reflecting device has a bottom for reflecting the light of the light source and causing the body to emit the light homogeneously.
