Abstract
The present invention discloses a window blind system, comprising a shading arrangement and an alternating hanging device vertically extended downwardly to support a plurality of slats in position, wherein a predetermined portion of the slats are both supported by the first shading arrangement and the alternating hanging device, so that by operating the alternating hanging device, the predetermined portion of the slats supported by the alternating hanging device are capable of being displaced with respect to the remaining slats thus creating a varying shading effect.
Claims37
A blind supporting system for supporting a set of slats underneath a top traverse supporter, wherein said blind supporting system comprises:
- a first hanging unit which comprises a first member for downwardly extended from said top traverse supporter and a plurality of traverse cords spacedly supported by said first member to respectively support said set of slats suspendedly underneath said top traverse supporter, wherein said set of slats is defined into a predetermined number of first slats and a predetermined number of second slats in such a manner that each of said first slats is positioned between every two of said second slats, wherein a light passing gap is defined between every two of said two traverse cords for allowing light passing between a gap between every two of said adjacent slats;
- and
- a second hanging unit, for only controlling said first slats, which comprises a second member for downwardly extending from said top traverse supporter and a plurality of slat seats spacedly supported by said second member to respectively support said first slats, wherein a distance between every two of said slat seats is double of a distance between every two of said two traverse cords, wherein said second hanging unit is adapted for controlling said first slats to overlap with said corresponding second slats respectively to double said light passing gap as a distance between every two of said second slats so as to enhance said light passing therethrough.
A method of controlling a light shading effect of a window blind system, comprising the steps of:
- (a) providing a first hanging unit for supporting a set of slats underneath a top traverse supporter, wherein said first handing unit comprises a first member for downwardly extended from said top traverse supporter and a plurality of traverse cords spacedly supported by said first member to respectively supporting said slats suspendedly underneath said top traverse supporter, wherein said set of slats is defined into a predetermined number of first slats and a predetermined number of second slats in such manner that each of said first slats is positioned between every two of said second slats, wherein a light passing gap is defined between every two of said two traverse cords for allowing light passing between a gap between every two of said adjacent first and second slats;
- (b) providing a second hanging unit for only controlling said first slats, wherein said second hanging unit comprises a second member for downwardly extended from said top traverse supporter and a plurality of slat seats spacedly supported by said second member for respectively supporting said first slats, wherein a distance between every two of said slat seats is double of a distance between every two of said two traverse cords;
- and
- (c) controlling said second hanging unit to overlap said first slats with said corresponding second slats respectively to double said light passing gap as a distance between every two of said second slats so as to enhance said light passing therethrough.
A window blind system, comprising:
- a top traverse supporter;
- a set of slats positioned underneath said top traverse supporter;
- and
- a blind supporting system, comprising
- a first hanging unit which comprises first member downwardly extended from said top traverse supporter and a plurality of traverse cords spacedly supported by said first member to respectively support said set of slats suspendedly underneath said top traverse supporter, wherein said set of slats is defined into a predetermined number of first slats and a predetermined number of second slats in such a manner that each of said first slats is positioned between every two of said second slats, wherein a light passing gap is defined between every two of said two traverse cords for allowing light passing between a gap between every two of said adjacent slats;
- and
- a second hanging unit, for controlling said first slats, comprising a second member downwardly extended from said top traverse supporter and a plurality of slat seats spacedly supported by said second member so as to respectively support said first slats, wherein a distance between every two of said slat seats is double of a distance between every two of said two traverse cords, wherein said second hanging unit is adapted for controlling said first slats to overlap with said corresponding second slats respectively to double said light passing gap as a distance between every two of said second slats so as to enhance said light passing therethrough.
