A micro lens panel unit for a 3D display device, comprising:
- a first panel;
- resin lenses formed on the first panel and having a convex shape;
- a second panel facing the first panel;
- and
- liquid crystal interposed between the first and second panels.

- forming a plurality of resin lenses each having a convex shape on an upper panel using resin;
- attaching a lower panel to the upper panel using a sealant;
- injecting liquid crystal between the two panels;
- and
- sealing the two panels.
