Abstract
The invention relates to a fixed track for rail travel, comprising a frame-type construction (3, 4, 10). Unlike previous fixed rail tracks made by various producers and suppliers, the invention provides a simple and low cost construction offering variable modification of track and operational profile provided by a gravel construction without the previously indicated disadvantages.

Fixed track for rail traffic, which comprises a frame-like structure (2) and wherein preassembled trackway rail carriers of statically delimited length extending parallel to the track are provided, characterised in that the trackway rail carriers are supported on piles (11, 12).
