Scraping device and a system and a method for collecting materials

A scraping device comprising:

• a frame having a length defined between a first end and a second end;
• a tongue extending from the first end of the frame wherein the tongue has a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein the tongue has a top surface and a bottom surface and wherein the tongue is pivotally connected to the frame;
• first plates connected to the tongue wherein the plates are connected adjacent to the top surface of the tongue and connected adjacent to the bottom surface of the tongue;
• second plates attached to the frame and connected to the first plates adjacent to the bottom surface of the tongue;
• and
• a cylinder connected to one of the first plates adjacent to the top surface of the tongue and connected to one of the second plates.

A system for collecting materials, the system comprising:

• a scraping device having a frame with walls defining an interior having a bottom surface wherein the frame has a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein an opening exists in the bottom surface of the interior;
• a tongue having a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein the tongue has a top-surface and a bottom surface wherein the top surface is opposite to the bottom surface;
• a first plate attached to the first end of the tongue wherein the first plate has a first end and a second end wherein the second end is opposite to the first end wherein the first end of the first plate extends outward with respect to the top surface of the tongue and further wherein the second end of the first plate extends outward with respect to the bottom surface of the tongue;
• a second plate attached to the frame wherein the second plate has a first end and a second end wherein the second end is opposite to the first end;
• and
• means for moving the scraping device wherein the means for moving the scraping device is connected to the first end of the first plate and the first end of the second plate wherein the second plate moves inwardly and outwardly with respect to the first plate via the means for moving the scraping device.

A scraping device comprising:

• a frame having a length defined between a first end and a second end;
• a tongue extending from the first end of the frame wherein the tongue has a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein the tongue has a top surface and a bottom surface wherein the tongue is pivotally connected to the frame;
• a first plate connected to the first end of the tongue wherein the first plate extends outward with respect to the top surface of the tongue;
• a first cylinder connected to the tongue and the frame wherein the first cylinder has a first end and a second end wherein the first end is opposite to the second end wherein the first end of the first cylinder is connected to the first plate wherein the second end of the first cylinder is connected to the frame wherein the cylinder angularly moves the first end of the frame upwardly or downwardly with respect to the second end of the frame.

A method for collecting materials, the method comprising the steps of:

• providing a scraping device having a frame with walls defining an interior having a bottom surface wherein the frame has a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein an opening exists in the bottom surface of the interior;
• connecting a tongue to the first end of the frame wherein the tongue has a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein the tongue has a top surface and a bottom surface;
• attaching a first plate to the first end of the tongue wherein the first plate has a first end and a second end wherein the second end is opposite to the first end wherein the first end of the first plate extends outward with respect to the top surface of the tongue;
• attaching a second plate to first end of the frame wherein the second plate has a first end and a second end wherein the second end is opposite to the first end;
• and
• connecting the first end of the first plate to the first end of the second plate wherein the first end of the first plate moves inwardly or outwardly with respect to the first end of the second plate.

A system for collecting materials, the system comprising:

• a scraping device having a frame with walls defining an interior having a bottom surface wherein the frame has a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein an opening exists in the bottom surface of the interior;
• a tongue having a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein the tongue has a top surface and a bottom surface wherein the first end of the tongue is connected to the first end of the frame;
• and
• means for moving the scraping device wherein the means for moving the scraping device is connected to the first end of the tongue and the first end of the frame wherein the means for moving the scraping device is adjacent to the top surface of the tongue wherein the bottom surface of the scraping device moves inward and outward with respect to the materials via the means for moving the scraping device.

A scraping device comprising:

• a frame having a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein the frame has a top side and a bottom side wherein the top side is opposite to the bottom side;
• a tongue extending from the first end of the frame wherein the tongue has a length defined between a first end and a second end wherein the tongue has a top surface and a bottom surface wherein the top surface is opposite to the bottom surface;
• a first cylinder having a first end and a second end wherein the first end is opposite to the second end wherein the first end of the first cylinder is connected to the top surface of the tongue wherein the second end of the first cylinder is connected to the frame;
• and
• a second cylinder having a first end and a second end wherein the first end is opposite to the second end wherein the first end of the second cylinder is connected to the top surface of the tongue wherein the second end of the second cylinder is connected to the frame wherein the first cylinder and the second cylinder move the top side of the first end of the frame inwardly or outwardly with respect to the top surface of the tongue.
