Just-in-time insurer's flooring evaluation and replacement system

A system for valuing at least a portion of a specified flooring, comprising a computer readable medium comprising at least one substrate having evaluation logic stored thereon, the evaluation logic adapted to cause a computer to:

• receive input indicative of a plurality of characteristic options, wherein the input is indicative of at least a portion of the specified flooring;
• and
• calculate, automatically, a current monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring utilizing an assigned weighted value indicative of a relational market worth associated with each characteristic option upon which input was received.

A method for valuing at least a portion of a specified flooring, comprising the steps of:

• receiving input indicative of a plurality of loss options, wherein the input is indicative of at least a portion of the specified flooring;
• and
• calculating, automatically, a devaluated monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring utilizing an assigned weighted value indicative of a relational market loss associated with each loss option upon which input was received.

A system for valuing at least a portion of a specified flooring, comprising a computer readable medium comprising at least one substrate having evaluation logic stored thereon, the evaluation logic adapted to cause a computer to:

• receive input indicative of a plurality of loss options, wherein the input is indicative of at least a portion of the specified flooring;
• and
• calculate, automatically, a devaluated monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring utilizing an assigned weighted value indicative of a relational market loss associated with each loss option upon which input was received and a current monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring.

A method for valuing at least a portion of a specified flooring, comprising the steps of:

• receiving input indicative of a plurality of characteristic options and a plurality of loss options, wherein the input is indicative of at least a portion of the specified flooring;
• and
• calculating, automatically, a current monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring utilizing an assigned weighted value indicative of a relation market worth associated with each characteristic option upon which input was received, and a devaluated monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring utilizing an assigned weighted value indicative of a relational market loss associated with each loss option upon which input was received and the calculated current monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring.

A system for valuing at least a portion of a specified flooring, comprising a computer readable medium comprising at least one substrate having evaluation logic stored thereon, the evaluation logic adapted to cause a computer to:

• receive input indicative of a plurality of characteristic options and a plurality of loss options, wherein the input is indicative of at least a portion of the specified flooring;
• and
• calculate, automatically, a current monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring utilizing an assigned weighted value indicative of a relational market worth associated with each characteristic option upon which input was received, and a devaluated monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring utilizing an assigned weighted value indicative of a relational market loss associated with each loss option upon which input was received and the calculated current monetary market value for at least a portion of the specified flooring.

A dispatch system for evaluation of flooring, comprising:

• a plurality of flooring evaluators, wherein each flooring evaluator is capable of performing an evaluation of flooring at a flooring site so as to determine evaluation information selected from a group comprising a characteristic option, a loss option, a current monetary market value, a devaluated monetary market value, or combinations thereof;
• and
• a dispatcher receiving project information indicative of at least one of a specified flooring, a customer for the specified flooring, an insurer for the specified flooring, a flooring site for the specified flooring, an insurance coverage for the specified flooring, or combinations thereof, wherein the dispatcher utilizes the project information received to select at least one appropriate flooring evaluator from the plurality of flooring evaluators to perform a flooring evaluation of the specified flooring, and provides at least a portion of the project information to the at least one selected flooring evaluator.
