Abstract
Cosmetic or personal care compositions which comprise at least one fluorescent colorant other than white and at least one non-fluorescent colorant, are useful in preparing colored cosmetic or personal care preparations providing an enhanced skin appearance.

A cosmetic or personal care composition, which comprises at least one fluorescent colorant other than white and at least one non-fluorescent colorant.
A cosmetic or personal care preparation or formulation, which comprises from 0.005 to 20% by weight, based on the total weight of the preparation of a mixture of at least one fluorescent colorant other than white and at least one non-fluorescent colorant and a cosmetically acceptable adjuvant.
