Abstract
An improved structure of linear sliding rail circulating device is primarily composed of: a rail, which laterally forms a sliding path; a sliding base, which slides to operate along said rail, and is provided with an aperture at the interior for receiving the rolling elements; and combination ends, which are circulating system correspondingly formed subject to the H-shape or U-shape rail for connecting to the front and rear ends of the sliding base to serve as closes of the rolling path of the rolling elements and U turns for the rolling elements. Accordingly, rails of various types can be partially altered common components, thereby easing device maintenance and minimizing manufacture costs.
Claims18
An improved structure of linear sliding rail circulating device, including:
- a rail, which approximately has an “IT” shape cross-section and sliding paths provided at two sides thereof;
- a sliding base, which is provided with rolling elements inside, and an aperture at the interior wall for receiving the rolling elements that are rolling between the sliding path and aperture of the rail in order to drive the sliding base to operate on the rail;
- two ends, which are fastened to the two ends of the aperture to serve as a circulative turning path for the rolling elements, characterized in that:
- the combination ends are composed of at least two elements including a left end block, a right end block, a middle sustainer, a lower sustainer, a chain socket, and a circulating partition;
- the end blocks can be engaged with each other and then fastened respectively to the front and rear ends of the sliding base, thereby the design of the combination ends can be transformed depending on the outline of different rails and assembled at the two ends of the sliding base to allow the rolling elements to circulatively turn.
An improved structure of linear sliding rail circulating device, including:
- a rail, which approximately has an “j” shape cross-section and sliding paths laterally formed at two sides thereof;
- a sliding base, which is provided with an aperture at the interior for receiving the rolling elements that are rolling between the sliding path and the aperture in order to drive the sliding base to operate on the rail;
- and a roller bolt is connectedly provided on the sliding base;
- two ends, which are fastened to the two ends of the aperture to serve as a turning path for the rolling elements, characterized in that:
- the combination ends are composed of at least two elements including a left end block, a right end block, a middle sustainer, a lower sustainer, a chain socket, and a circulating partition;
- the left and right blocks can be combined and respectively fastened to the front and rear ends of the sliding base, the two sides of which are sealed with an anti-dust cover such that the anti-dust covers would seal the periphery of the left and right end blocks, thereby the design of the combination ends can be transformed depending on the outline of different rails and sealed with the two ends of the sliding base to allow the rolling element to turn back.
An improved structure of linear sliding rail circulating device, including:
- a rail, which approximately has an “U” shape cross-section and a first sliding path and a second sliding path are laterally formed at the inner rim;
- a sliding base, which is provided with an aperture at the exterior for receiving the rolling elements, while the rolling balls are rolling between the sliding path and the aperture in order to drive the sliding base to operate on the rail;
- and a roller bolt is connectedly provided on the sliding base, characterized in that:
- when the rolling balls are in the aperture of the sliding base, the first and second sliding paths of the U-shape rail will clamp to form a rolling path for the rolling balls, and a first contact arc and a second contact arc would be formed upon the contact of the interior arc groove surface of the rolling path and the sides of the rolling ball, the central lines h from the two contact arcs to the center of the rolling balls would intersect and present a bevel angle at the interior wall of the U-shape rail.
