Abstract
Fluoro substituted cycloalkanoindole derivatives are antagonists of prostaglandins, and as such are useful for the treatment of prostaglandin mediated diseases.

A compound of formula I:
- and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein
- n is 0 or 1;
- m is 1, 2 or 3;
- R1 is H, C1-C3 alkyl, halogenated C1-C3 alkyl or cyclopropyl;
- R2 is 4-chlorophenyl or 2,4,6-trichlorophenyl.

- [4-(4-chlorobenzyl)-7-fluoro-5-(methanesulfonyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrocyclopenta[b]indol-3-yl]acetic acid,
- {4-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)ethyl]-7-fluoro-5-methanesulfonyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrocyclopenta[b]indol-3-yl}acetic acid,
