Abstract
The present invention relates to novel pharmaceutical compositions based on steroids and salts of an anticholinergic, processes for preparing them and their use in the treatment of respiratory complaints.

A Pharmaceutical composition, which comprises as a first active substance one or more salts of formula 1

- X− denotes an anion with a single negative charge, preferably an anion selected from the group consisting of fluoride, chloride, bromide, iodide, sulphate, phosphate, methanesulphonate, nitrate, maleate, acetate, citrate, fumarate, tartrate, oxalate, succinate, benzoate and p-toluenesulphonate, optionally in the form of the racemates, the stereoisomers, and the hydrates thereof, and one or more steroids as a second active substance.
