Abstract
A high-frequency magnetic material includes: metal particles of one of Fe and Co or alloy particles based on at least one of Fe and Co; and an oxide phase containing a matrix phase and a metal oxide having a larger valence than the matrix phase. The matrix phase contains a non-reducible metal oxide and the metal oxide having a larger valence than the matrix phase forms a solid solution with the matrix phase.
Claims13
A high-frequency magnetic material comprising:
- metal particles of one of Fe and Co or alloy particles based on at least one of Fe and Co;
- and
- an oxide phase comprising a matrix phase of a non-reducible metal oxide and a metal oxide having a larger valence than the non-reducible metal oxide, the metal oxide having a larger valence than the non-reducible metal oxide forming a solid solution with the matrix phase.
A method for producing a high-frequency magnetic material, comprising:
- obtaining a composite oxide having an average particle size of 10 nm to 1 μm by mixing, pulverizing and sintering a non-reducible metal oxide, a metal oxide selected from Al2O3, Sc2O3, Cr2O3 and V2O3 in a content of 0.001 to 0.1% by mole based on the non-reducible metal oxide, and a metal oxide containing at least one of Fe and Co;
- and
- reducing the composite oxide to deposit a metal or alloy particles containing at least one of Fe and Co.
A high frequency magnetic device comprising:
- a magnetic layer;
- a high-frequency magnetic material comprising:
- metal particles of one of Fe and Co or alloy particles based on at least one of Fe and Co;
- and
- an oxide phase comprising a matrix phase of a non-reducible metal oxide and a metal oxide having a larger valence than the non-reducible metal oxide, the metal oxide having a larger valence than the non-reducible metal oxide forming a solid solution with the matrix phase;
- and
- a wiring on the high-frequency magnetic substrate.
