Abstract
A retainer comprises a roller retaining click which is bent from an inner diameter edge of a rib portion toward the inside in an axial direction and extends so as to protrude and positioned between adjacent rollers. A part of the retainer other than the roller retaining click is hardened by high-frequency quenching and high-frequency tempering.
Claims22
Rollers with a retainer comprising the plurality of rollers and the retainer, characterized in that
- said retainer comprises a circular part having a diameter larger than a pitch circle diameter of roller arrangement, a rib portion protruding from both sides of the circular part in an axial direction toward an inner diameter side, a plurality of pockets formed in said circular part so as to be arranged in a circumference direction between which a pillar part is formed so as to contain said rollers, retaining means for preventing said roller from escaping to the inner diameter side of the retainer,
- said retaining means comprises a roller retaining click which is bent from an inner diameter edge of said rib portion toward the inside in the axial direction and extends and positioned between the adjacent rollers, and
- a part of said retainer other than said roller retaining click is hardened by high-frequency quenching and high-frequency tempering.
Rollers with a retainer comprising the plurality of rollers and the retainer, characterized in that
- said retainer comprises a circular part having a diameter larger than a pitch circle diameter of roller arrangement, a rib portion protruding from both sides of the circular part in an axial direction toward an inner diameter side, a plurality of pockets formed in said circular part so as to be arranged in a circumference direction between which a pillar part is formed so as to contain said rollers, retaining means for preventing said roller from escaping to the inner diameter side of the retainer,
- said retaining means comprises a roller retaining click which is bent from an inner diameter edge of said rib portion toward the inside in the axial direction and extends and positioned between the adjacent rollers, and
- said entire retainer is hardened by bright quenching and tempering and then said roller retaining click is annealed to relatively lower its hardness.
Rollers with a retainer comprising the plurality of rollers and the retainer, characterized in that
- said retainer comprises a circular part having a diameter larger than a pitch circle diameter of roller arrangement, a rib portion protruding from both sides of the circular part in an axial direction toward an inner diameter side, a plurality of pockets formed in said circular part so as to be arranged in a circumference direction between which a pillar part is formed so as to contain said rollers, retaining means for preventing said roller from escaping to the inner diameter side of the retainer,
- said retaining means comprises a roller retaining click which is bent from an inner diameter edge of said rib portion toward the inside in the axial direction and extends and positioned between the adjacent rollers, and
- said pocket comprises a large-width part whose width in the circumferential direction is relatively large and a small-width part whose width in the circumferential direction is relatively small.
Rollers with a retainer comprising the plurality of rollers and the retainer, characterized in that
- said retainer comprises a circular part having a diameter larger than a pitch circle diameter of roller arrangement, a rib portion protruding from both sides of the circular part in an axial direction toward an inner diameter side, a plurality of pockets formed in said circular part so as to be arranged in a circumference direction between which a pillar part is formed so as to contain said rollers, retaining means for preventing said roller from escaping to the inner diameter side of the retainer,
- said retaining means comprises a roller retaining click which is bent from an inner diameter edge of said rib portion toward the inside in the axial direction and extends and positioned between the adjacent rollers,
- a corner curved part is provided at each corner of said pocket, and
- the corner curved part has a radius larger than that of a chamfered part of said roller and swells out so as to retreat from a pocket wall face.
