Abstract
A duster (for vinyl records, compact discs, digital video discs, and laser discs) having a padded base (1) which is composed of two sheets of a velvet/linen material (2) enclosing a cushioning material (3). Additionally, the velvet/linen material is ribbed (4). The duster also has an elastic strap (5) that is affixed to opposite sides of the rectangular base. The strap is affixed to the base in a manner that makes each side of the base symmetrical in relation to the strap, allowing the base to be inverted while maintaining the space between the strap and the base (6) and the functionality of the strap.

A disc dusting device for vinyl records, compact discs, digital video discs, and laser discs comprising:
- a. a dusting means and
- b. a securing means for affixing said dusting means to the hand of an operator.
