Abstract
Materials used in the construction of patios and sidewalks make use of poured concrete, asphalt, stamped at the time of construction, or require the use of preformed interlocking bricks. The Playstone. Paver uses high-density polyethylene formed in the shape of bricks to create an environmentally friendly, yet durable surface, impervious to the elements and easily installed by the DIY and requiring very little, if any annual maintenance after installation.

A paving stone, composed of high-density polyethylene materials, shaped somewhat like a traditional brick with vertical and horizontal ribbing and drainage holes.
The colours of the paver will be standard, but can be modified during production to meet the needs of the purchaser.
The pavers are washable and can be easily cleaned with a pressure washer.
Each paver is lighweight, yet extremely durable and will not stain or discolour under normal circumstances.
