Abstract
A data-processing apparatus for processing form data including predetermined layout information and image-forming data formed by merging variable data in the form data includes a history table for storing a corresponding relationship of each form data, between the image-forming data and the variable data used in the image-forming data; and a registering unit for registering the corresponding relationship in order to generate image-forming data.

A data-processing apparatus for processing form data including predetermined layout information and image-forming data formed by merging variable data in the form data, comprising:
- a history table storing a corresponding relationship of each form data, between the image-forming data and the variable data used in the image-forming data;
- and
- a registering unit registering the corresponding relationship in order to generate image-forming data.
A data-processing method for processing form data including predetermined layout information and image-forming data formed by merging variable data in the form data, comprising the steps of:
- storing, in a history table, a corresponding relationship of each form data as a use history, between the image-forming data and the variable data used in the image-forming data;
- and
- registering the corresponding relationship in the history table stored in the storing step in order to generate the image-forming data.
A data-processing apparatus for processing form data including layout information and image-forming data formed by merging variable data and the form data, comprising:
- management unit for managing history information, which is used when the variable data and the form data are merged, and version information of the variable data;
- obtaining unit for obtaining the variable data whose version is corresponding to the history information managed by management unit.
A data-processing method for processing form data including layout information and image-forming data formed by merging variable data and the form data, comprising:
- managing history information, which is used when the variable data and the form data are merged, and version information of the variable data;
- obtaining the variable data whose version is corresponding to the history information managed.
A recording medium storing a program executable by a computer to perform a method for processing form data including layout information and image-forming data formed by merging variable data and the form data, said method comprising:
- managing history information, which is used when the variable data and the form data are merged, and version information of the variable data;
- and
- obtaining the variable data whose version corresponds to the history information managed.
