Claims22
1-24. (canceled)
Isolated Lp-PLA2 made by a method for isolating Lp-PLA2 comprising the steps of:
- growing cells comprising an Lp-PLA2 gene under conditions whereby Lp-PLA2 protein is expressed, and
- isolating Lp-PLA2 protein from the cells or growth media.
Isolated Lp-PLA2 made by a method for isolating Lp-PLA2 comprising the steps of:
- obtaining a human sample comprising Lp-PLA2 protein, and isolating Lp-PLA2 protein from the sample.
