Abstract
An object of the present invention is to obtain an aluminum or aluminum alloy member having a uniform and dense anodic oxide film having sufficient corrosion and impact resistances. Provided is an anodic oxide film which has been formed on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy, the film comprising cells which have grown in random directions relative to the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy and thus have no orientation.
Claims14
An anodic oxide film formed on a surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy, the film comprising cells which have grown in random directions relative to the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy and thus have no orientation.
A method for anodizing aluminum or aluminum alloy, comprising repeating steps of applying a positive voltage to an aluminum or aluminum alloy object immersed in an electrolytic bath and of removing a charge, wherein each period for applying the positive voltage ranges from 25 μs to 100 μs.
A method for anodizing aluminum or aluminum alloy comprising a step of applying a voltage to an aluminum or aluminum alloy object immersed in an electrolytic bath, wherein the object is anodized at a frequency of from 5 kHz to 20 kHz by using a power supply having an alternating current component.
