A method of preparing a cement composition comprising mixing an additive obtained by adding (B) a water-soluble cellulose ether and (C) a defoaming agent to (A) a liquid polycarboxylic acid based copolymer and/or a salt thereof with a hydraulic compound and an aggregate.
