Claims18
A composition comprising an antineoplastic urinary protein polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide is at least 20 amino acids and less than 80 amino acids in length and comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, 2, 3, or 4.
A method of inhibiting blood vessel formation in a tissue, comprising contacting said tissue with a fragment of an antineoplastic urinary protein polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide is at least 20 amino acids in length and comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, 2, 3, or 4.
A method of reducing tumor burden in a mammal, comprising contacting a tumor mass with a composition comprising fragment of an antineoplastic urinary protein polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide is at least 20 amino acids in length and comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 or 2.
A method of reducing tumor burden in a mammal, comprising contacting a tumor mass with a composition comprising fragment of an antineoplastic urinary protein polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide is at least 6 amino acids in length and comprises residues 5-10 of SEQ ID NO:1.
