Abstract
A cosmetic pressed powder containing a wax (A), a dextrin fatty acid ester (B), a liquid oil (C), and a powder (D), wherein the content of the component (D) is 80% by weight or more. The above described cosmetic pressed powder is excellent in terms of quality in use and stability.

A cosmetic pressed powder comprising a wax (A), a dextrin fatty acid ester (B), a liquid oil (C), and a powder (D), wherein the content of the component (D) is 80% by weight or more.
A method for producing a cosmetic pressed powder, which comprises heating and dissolving a wax (A) and a dextrin fatty acid ester (B) in a liquid oil (C), then adding a powder (D) thereto, and compacting the obtained mixture, wherein the content of the powder (D) is 80% by weight or more.
