A pharmaceutical salt of a pharmaceutical active compound and at least one sugar substitute with the exception of the respective pharmaceutical salt of a sugar substitute and tramadol, (+)-tramadol, (−)-tramadol, (+)-demethyltramadol and (−)-demethyltramadol.
