A light shielding enclosure has a pair of teremp from a plurality of substrates with a non-woven flocked pile fiber bonded to a plurality of substrates that in turn are then bonded to a shell plate that forms the tubular geometry of the resultant patrone for housing photographic film. The resultant uniform flocked and random pile structure of the properly dyed teremp pile provides a distinct structural light shielding member by this invention. The said teremps in a continuous length along the resulting formed film exit slot along the longitudinal direction maintain a contact at that location member. The continuous length teremps are bonded to the opposite side edges. The non-woven flocked pile teremp has more uniform pile height and greatly reduced loose fibers and long fibers.
A light shielding enclosure containing a body portion for enclosing a light sensitive product and an exit slot formed in said body portion for accessing said light sensitive product, said exit slot having opposing light lock members thereon, wherein each one of said light lock members comprise closely spaced flocked pile material configured for resisting light penetration into said enclosure.
The light shielding enclosure recited 2 wherein said substrate is fixedly arranged in said exit slot by bonding.
