Abstract
Disclosed is a lubricant composition containing a compound of formula (1) and a carboxylic acid, and exhibiting excellent lubrication potency. wherein D represents a cyclic group; X represents a single bond, a group NR1 (where R1 represents a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms), an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a carbonyl group, a sulfonyl group, or a divalent linking group of a combination thereof; R represents an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group; m indicates an integer of from 2 to 11.
Claims20
A lubricant composition containing a compound of the following formula (1) and a compound of the following formula (2):
- wherein D represents a cyclic group capable of bonding to m groups of side branches;
- X independently represents a single bond, a group NR1 (where R1 represents a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms), an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a carbonyl group, a sulfonyl group, or a divalent linking group of a combination thereof;
- R independently represents an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group;
- m indicates an integer of from 2 to 11,
- wherein R31 represents an alkyl group, analkenyl group, an alkynyl group, or a cycloalkyl group.
