Abstract
A resin composition comprising 3 to 80 parts by weight of a resol type phenolic resin or 3 to 150 parts by weight of a polyhydric phenol, based on 100 parts by weight of a copolymer (A) of an epoxy group-containing monomer and an α-olefin, a powder of the resin composition, a laminate having a layer containing the resin composition, and producing method of the laminate.

A resin composition comprising a resol type phenolic resin (B1), a copolymer (A) of an epoxy group-containing monomer and an α-olefin, and an olefin-based polymer (C), wherein the content of (B1) is from 3 to 80 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of (A) and (C), and the content of (C) is from 1 to 700 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of (A).
A resin composition comprising a polyhydric phenol (B2), a copolymer (A) of an epoxy group-containing monomer and an α-olefin, and an olefin-based polymer (C), wherein the content of (B2) is from 3 to 150 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of (A) and (C), and the content of (C) is from 10 to 1000 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of (A).
A resin composition comprising a resol type phenolic resin (B1), a copolymer (A) of an epoxy group-containing monomer and an α-olefin, and a carboxylic acid compound (D), wherein the content of (B1) is from 3 to 80 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of (A), and the content of (D) is from 0.1 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of (A) and (B1).
