Abstract

A receptacle for receiving smoking waste includes a base, a cap configured to be connected to the base, and a disposable container. The container is configured to be inserted into the base to receive and collect smoking waste. An opening in the cap permits a user to insert smoking waste. When the receptacle is to be cleaned or emptied, the cap is removed from the base and the container is removed.
