Production management system production management method

A storage medium storing therein a production management program functioning to create production planning for option specification product from a standard specification product by applying option to a plurality of parts and/or a plurality of processes used to manufacture said standard specification product by means of a computer, said storage medium comprises:

• a planned information storing function to store therein a plurality of production plannings for said standard specification product;
• a database storing function to store therein a first structure master recording said parts, a structure modification master recording said option applicable to said parts, a first process evolution master recording said processes and a process modification master recording said option applicable to said processes;
• a job order creating function to create the job order displaying said option applicable to the parts and the processes for said standard specification product;
• a structure information creating function to select, with reference to said structure modification master and in accordance with said job order, the parts of said option specification product to be manufactured, on one hand, and to apply said parts to said first structure master and thereby to create a second structure master, on the other hand;
• a process information creating function to select, with reference to said structure modification master and in accordance with said job order, the processes for said option specification product to be manufactured, on one hand, and to apply said processes to said first structure master and thereby to create a second process evolution master, on the other hand;
• and
• a capacity production seat reservation function to apply, with reference to said second structure master and said second process evolution master, the parts selected by said structure information creating means and/or the processes selected by said process structure information creating means to the production planning for said standard specification product to create the production planning for said option specification product and to store said production planning for said option specification product created in this manner.

A production management program causing a computer to create production planning for option specification product from a standard specification product by applying option to a plurality of parts and/or a plurality of processes used to manufacture said standard specification product by means of a computer, said production management program comprises:

• a planning information storing function to store therein a plurality of production plannings for said standard specification product;
• a database storing function to store therein a first structure master recording said parts, a structure modification master recording said option applicable to said parts, a first process evolution master recording said processes and a process modification master recording said option applicable to said processes;
• a job order creating function to create the job order displaying said option applicable to the parts and the processes for said standard specification product;
• a structure information creating function to select, with reference to said structure modification master and in accordance with said job order, the parts of said option specification product to be manufactured, on one hand, and to apply said parts to said first structure master and thereby to create a second structure master, on the other hand;
• a process information creating function to select, with reference to said structure modification master and in accordance with said job order, the processes for said option specification product to be manufactured, on one hand, and to apply said processes to said first structure master and thereby to create a second process evolution master, on the other hand;
• and
• a capacity production seat reservation function to apply, with reference to said second structure master and said second process evolution master, the parts selected by said structure information creating means and/or the processes selected by said process structure information creating means to the production planning for said standard specification product to create the production planning for said option specification product and to store said production planning for said option specification product created in this manner.

A production management method to apply option to a plurality of parts and/or a plurality of processes used to manufacture a standard specification product and thereby to create a production planning for manufacturing of an option specification product from said standard specification product, said production management method comprises:

• a step of storing the production planning for a plurality of standard specification products;
• a step of storing a first structure master recording said parts, a structure modification master recording said option applicable to said parts, a first process evolution master recording said processes and a process modification master recording said option applicable to said processes;
• a step of creating the job order displaying said option applicable to the parts as well as the process of said standard specification product;
• a step of selecting, in reference with said structure modification master and in accordance with said job order, parts of said option specification product to be manufactured and applying said parts to said first structure master in order to create a second structure master;
• a step of selecting, in reference with said process modification master and in accordance with said job order, process for said option specification product and applying said process to said first process evolution master in order to create a second process evolution master;
• and
• a step of capacity production seat reserving by applying, with reference to said second structure master and said second process evolution master, the parts selected by said structure information creating means and/or the process selected by said process structure creating means to the production planning for said standard specification product to create the production planning for said option specification product and by storing said production planning for said option specification product created in this manner.
