Abstract
The present invention includes composition that enhance the moisture control in a wide variety of substrates for a range of applications.

A composition useful for treating a variety of substrates comprising:
- an alkylphenol ethoxylate surfactant;
- a polyglycol;
- an anti-foaming agent;
- and
- water.
